In the mid-1980s, Chuck directed and camera operated these unprecedented TV spots with Fred Rated and his band of vidiots. They broke new creative ground in regional markets around the US as their prolific 4 year media blitz cornered the home electronics scene -- and Federated stock soared 800%.

Shortly thereafter, mainstream advertising and MTV -- and eventually all of television adopted their mad-cap quick-cut sensibilities.
